Beginning Sept. 10, the six-week series will run Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:45 p.m in the Cooper Auditorium of the UNMC College of Nursing in Omaha. The series also will be broadcast live via satellite from UNMC to Room 103 of the Agricultural/Allied Health Building at Northeast Community College in Norfolk.

Diplomas will be presented on graduation night, Oct. 15. This marks the fifth mini-medical school series UNMC has conducted. Previous topics covered were cancer, diabetes, heart disease and women’s health.
