Program Details
- Project ImPACT is for children with social communication delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- It is designed for children up to age 6, but may be used for older children with cognitive and language delays.
- Project ImPACT is evidence-based, supported by 15 years of research and development.
- The program teaches core communication skills that support learning across all settings. Because this is a caregiver-coaching model, children get more hours of practice in their home and community environment.
- As a result of this program, caregivers report feeling more confident supporting their child's communication development. Increasing the number of positive caregiver-child interactions often reduces stress.
- Project ImPACT is available at several locations, including telehealth.
