Art Club

This skills-based program teaches participants how to use different mediums so they can continue creating art on their own.

Art Club provides adult participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities opportunities to create artwork using many different mediums, including painting, drawing, pottery, beadwork, glasswork and more. Participants also enjoy social interaction with their peers and activity technicians.

  • Individuals age 18 and older are invited to participate.

Art Club is led by a trained recreational therapist and guest artists. Activity technicians are present to assist participants as needed. Participants will get to take their artwork home.

Details and Schedule

Art club is typically offered once a month as two sessions on two different weekday evenings. Participants can sign up for one of the two sessions each month.

  • Transportation is not provided.
  • There is a fee for this program and scholarships may be available.
