Clinic Locations

UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute's Department of Psychology provides state-wide behavioral health services for children, adolescents and families.

  • Many of our Behavioral Health Clinics are integrated within primary-care clinics throughout the Omaha community and in clinics across the state of Nebraska.
  • Some clinics are at MMI's main location near the University of Nebraska at Omaha's Scott Campus.
  • MMI graduate trainees (Master's, pre-doctoral students) and post-doctoral fellows work side-by-side with psychology department faculty members in the clinics, learning to provide behavioral health care in primary care.

Behavioral Health Joins Primary Care

In our rural and outreach clinics, MMI faculty and staff provide behavioral health services in the same locations where patients receive their primary care.

UNMC's Munroe-Meyer Institute has long-standing collaborations with other agencies, including Children's Physicians, which have allowed behavioral health services to be provided in their clinics across the state. Our program is an exceptional example of academic researchers partnering with frontline providers to deliver behavioral health services to rural Nebraskans.
