Students enrolled in MMI programs are immersed in premier educational experiences that instill values associated with extraordinary patient care and lifelong learning.

There are many opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe-Meyer Institute.

Our programs allow for first-hand discovery of the broad spectrum of clinical care and research happening across MMI. Training includes hands on participation in real clinical work that prepares you to support children and adults across the lifespan. Some opportunities allow for rotations during the year to broaden a student's experience.

Training of students helps fulfill the institute’s mission of transforming lives of individuals with disabilities and assisting their families.

MMI families come to us with a wide range of often complex needs. A main focus of student training is to ensure as a provider, you will be qualified to go out into the community and work in virtually any setting to support the breadth of needs a family has.

Advance your learning at MMI.
