Rachelle Main, MSW, MPA, is the Training Coordinator for the Family Care Enhancement Project, part of the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute.

Professional Bio
Main initially started as a family trainee in 2018 with the Nebraska's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at MMI. Her focus of study in the traineeship was Person-and-Family-Centered Care and the professional role of the Community Health Worker that assists families that have children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Main has a son with Down syndrome and Autism and was also born with a cleft lip and palate.
As the FCEP Training Coordinator, Main helps to develop and facilitate training of new Parent Resource Coordinators and trainees who provide care across Nebraska in primary and specialty care clinics, and in other partnering organizations. Also, she directs and provides supervision of a program for training community health workers that focuses on serving families with children with disabilities.
