Costello develops training, provides technical assistance and coordinates special projects and collaborations within the FCEP. Previously, Costello completed the UCEDD Traineeship with emphasis in cultural competence, family-centered care, care coordination and person-centered planning. Costello has a brother with Down syndrome and Autism who inspires her to serve the Disability community.
