Schlautman is passionate about facilitating effective communication for children in early intervention. Her areas of expertise include preschool fluency disorders, speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech and language delays. At the RiteCare Clinic Lincoln | MMI, she runs a total communication augmentative and alternative communication preschool for children with communication and social needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, traumatic brain injury and down syndrome. When at home, Schlautman spends her time with family and enjoys cooking, planning and traveling to new places and crafting.
