Gaebler has been part of the team since 1990. Throughout her time with the department, she has served many roles, including lead speech language pathologist, interim department director and associate director of inpatient services.

Gaebler provides patient care services at the Nebraska Medicine multidisciplinary clinics, delivered through UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute Department of Speech-Language Pathology.

Additionally, Gaebler provides supervision to graduate student medical interns and clinical fellows in both inpatient and outpatient service provision. She co-teaches a graduate level course in Cognitive-Communication Disorders for the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
