Allison Grennan, PhD
Allison Grennan, PhD, is an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe-Meyer Institute and a licensed psychologist in MMI's Department of Psychology. Grennan received her PhD in school psychology from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her internship and post-doctoral training at the Munroe-Meyer Institute. She is director of internship training for the accredited pre-doctoral internship in psychology, director of MMI's Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training grant and the associate co-director for the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology program. Grennan also supervises post-doctoral fellows, interns, doctoral and master's-level students in both clinical and research settings. In addition to training, she provides patient care in a clinic setting.

Grennan’s research interests revolve around factors improving the integration of behavioral health in primary care. Specifically, her research interests are in demonstrating the effectiveness of the integrated model on behavioral health, mental and behavioral health screening in primary care settings, and the use of acceptance and commitment therapy in primary care.
