Amber Paden, PhD, LMHP, BCBA

Amber Paden, PhD, LMHP, BCBA, LBA is an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe-Meyer Institute. Paden also is a licensed mental health practitioner and a board certified behavior analyst in MMI's integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders where she currently serves as program coordinator for the Autism Care for Toddlers Clinic in Fremont that provides early intensive behavioral interventions to young children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder.

Paden has more than 20 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, with 15 of those years at MMI. She received her PhD in applied behavior analysis from UNMC under the supervision of Dr. Regina Carroll. She completed her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis at St. Cloud State University.
