Professional Bio
Prior to becoming a program evaluator, Tuncan-Minden earned her bachelor’s degree at Creighton University in Elementary Education and her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and ESL at Creighton University. She then taught First Grade and Kindergarten in the public school system in Omaha, NE. She went on to become a substitute for a variety of school districts throughout eastern Nebraska. Tuncan-Minden joined the department in 2024 and completes classroom observations and child assessments in early childcare centers and schools across Nebraska. Tuncan-Minden has been working with children and families since 2014.
Tuncan-Minden provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
