Professional Bio
Spencer is a Child Development Program Evaluator and also works as a Developmental Specialist for Nebraska's neonatal intensive care unit follow-up team. She joined the department in 2022 and completes classroom observations and child assessments in early childcare centers and schools across Nebraska. Spencer has been working with children and families since 2015. Prior to becoming a Program Evaluator, Spencer worked as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher for seven years: two in Lago Vista, Texas, and five in Omaha, Nebraska.
Spencer provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
