Professional Bio
Baird joined the Education and Child Development team in 2013 as a Program Evaluator and has been in her current role of Assistant Project Director since 2019. She helps coordinate several projects’ evaluations, completes classroom and parent-child observations, and conducts individual child assessments. Baird has been in the field of education for over 18 years. Her previous work experience includes working as an infant/toddler lead teacher, providing childcare for children birth through school age, and serving as a coach/consultant for both center-based and home-based childcare providers.
Baird provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
