Fritz has worked in education and community engagement since 2005. Her previous experiences include working as an educator in a multi-age elementary and middle school classroom, an environmental educator and public engagement specialist. Fritz started with UNMC in 2021. Her work supports the incorporation of equitable evaluation best practices into early childhood projects throughout Nebraska.
