Dietrich joined the Department of Education and Child Development at the Munroe-Meyer Institute in 2018 as a Program Evaluator. She conducts classroom observations and child assessments for program improvement in schools and early childhood centers in Omaha. Dietrich has more than 25 years of experience working with children, their families and teachers. She has previously worked as a preschool teacher, director of National Association for the Education of Young Children-accredited early childhood centers, and as a coach and trainer for teachers working with infants through school-age children in early childhood centers.
Dietrich provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
