Professional Bio
Zessin joined the Department of Education and Child Development in 2012. She serves as a child development program lead evaluator and a developmental specialist for Nebraska’s neonatal intensive care unit follow-up team, Developmental TIPS. She has worked with children from birth through third grade, teaching in university child study centers, and private and in-home childcare settings. She has coached and evaluated teachers, and performed a variety of observations and assessments in early childhood classrooms and after-school settings.
Zessin provides consultation and program evaluation through the Department of Education and Child Development at Munroe-Meyer Institute.
