Professional Bio
Skoglund works with the Interdisciplinary Center for Program Evaluation. She joined the ICPE team in January 2013 after completing her graduate work and evaluation internships in Lincoln, Nebraska. She received her Masters of Arts in Social Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and French Language, from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
At the Interdisciplinary Center for Program Evaluation, Skoglund works on many evaluation projects, including leading the evaluation of the Family Care Enhancement Project and managing the online survey platform for over 75,000 surveys each year for the 21st CCLC Afterschool Program.
