Mackenzie Dehmer

Residency Program Coordinator

Mackenzie Dehmer

Mackenzie (Mack) Dehmer has been the Med-Peds Residency Program Coordinator since 2021 and is a Senior Program Coordinator within the Internal Medicine department, also supporting the Nephrology Fellowship. She has a BA from the University of Missouri Kansas and a MA from Regent University, both in Theatre. Mack is also a member of the department Equity and Inclusion Council and is passionate about LGBTQ+ related issues.

When not working for UNMC, she is an active participant in the Omaha performing arts community and, on the weekends, you might find her singing with her band Velvet Crush or working as an actor or director in one of the local theaters. She also enjoys reading, traveling, true crime podcasts and spending time with her family.
