Kaitlyn Brittan, MD
Assistant Professor, Division of Rheumatology
Dr. Brittan's main interests are clinical rheumatology, education, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. She primarily sees patients at the Village Pointe Multispecialty Clinic, though she also attends at the Omaha VA Medical Center. She sees patients with all rheumatologic disorders with a special interest in the utilization of musculoskeletal ultrasound to diagnose and treat rheumatic disease.
Dr. Brittan is involved in medical student and resident education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and frequently participates in the training and education of rheumatology fellows. She serves on the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) Government Affairs Committee for patient advocacy, and she is a mentor for the Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists (USSONAR). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling, hiking, and cooking.
