Breast Cancer
Dr. Krishnamurthy is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the division of Hematology and Oncology and serves as the Co-Director of the breast cancer program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. As part of a multi-disciplinary breast cancer team, he takes care of patients with various subtypes of breast cancer.
He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. He has authored numerous articles, book chapters, and abstracts and has served as an expert reviewer for a number of scientific journals and conferences.
As a member of the NCCN breast cancer expert panel, he contributes towards the development of guidelines for the management of patients with various subtypes of breast cancer. Dr. Krishnamurthy also serves as the Associate Director for the hematology and medical oncology fellowship program.
