Our division is dedicated to developing well trained oncologists and hematologists in preparation for successful careers in academics or private practice.
Oncology/Hematology Fellowship
Our fellows train with outstanding faculty in advanced facilities, including oncology clinics in the nationally recognized Buffett Cancer Center, Village Pointe Cancer Center, and the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System.
Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Fellowship
Our division offers this fellowship for physicians who have finished an ACGME-accredited hematology fellowship and wish to pursue a career in blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy.
Other Educational Opportunities
In support of its educational mission, the Division of Oncology and Hematology provides individuals with observership experiences. An observership is a shadowing experience of at least two weeks and no more than four weeks.
To schedule an observership, please direct your email to Norrisa Richardson to obtain application forms and information. Your email should include the months you wish to complete the Observership.
