Chad Vokoun, MD

Division Chief, Division of Hospital Medicine

Chad Vokoun

Dr. Vokoun is the Division Chief for Hospital Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He is a native Nebraskan and completed medical school and residency at UNMC. Following a Chief Resident year at the Omaha VA Medical Center, he joined as the second Hospitalist in 2004. His interests are in Graduate Medical Education, Mentoring and Coaching and Peri-operative Care.

Dr. Vokoun likes to travel, attend sporting events and concerts, golf and cook for family and friends. His wife Allison is a Molecular Pathologist at UNMC and they have a 9-year-old son, Jamison.
