Participating Institutions
The Nebraska INBRE Program provides support to faculty members and scholars at our participating undergraduate and graduate institutions.
At our undergraduate intitutions, Nebraska INBRE supports research capacity, INBRE faculty associates and their research, and fostering opportunities for undergraduate student research.
Our three PhD-granting institutions serve as hosts, providing advanced training opportunities for both the INBRE scholars and faculty associates.
Undergraduate Institutions
Our program provides start-up funds for new faculty associates recruited to the undergraduate campuses in the form of grants to support the associates' individual research projects. It also supports the enhancement of infrastructure on undergraduate campuses through laboratory renovations or the purchase of equipment and other major items.
