Over 70% of trainees go on to postdoctoral positions, many of which are at prestigious institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, Rice University, Yale University, Johns Hopkins, the NCI/NIH, MD Anderson, Vanderbilt, UCSD, UCSF, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Oregon Health & Science University.
Many currently hold positions in academia, as assistant professors, associate professors or full professors, and others are in industry, medical school/health related careers, licensing, science writing, bioinformatics and biobanking, and teaching.
