This calendar lists the important dates you should know as a graduate student. Please note, the information is subject to change.

August 26	First Day of Classes
September 1	Last day before 12:00 midnight to ADD/DROP classes
September 2	Labor Day
October 10	Last Day before 12:00 midnight to apply for December graduation
October 21-22	Fall Break
November 15	Last day before 12:00 midnight to WITHDRAW from classes
November 28-30	Thanksgiving Break
December 20	Commencement

Fall Graduation Dates

October 10	Deadline to file for December graduation via MyRecords (non-transferable, non-refundable fee)
November 22	Deadline to submit request for the scheduling of the final oral examination via Seguidor
December 6	Last day on which the Final Oral examination may be held
December 13	Deadline for theses and dissertations to be submitted to the McGoogan Health Sciences Library, and final reports for degree to be presented to the Graduate Studies Office
December 20	Convocation at 10 AM
December 20	Commencement
