Welcome to the University of Nebraska DNA Microarray Core Facility
The Microarray Core Facility functions to provide services to academic researchers statewide. The microarray platform operated in the core is the Affymetrix GeneChip system. This system allows investigators to perform gene expression experiments in multiple eukaryotic model systems including human, mouse, rat, drosophila, c. elegans, yeast and arabidopsis. Prokaryotic systems including P. aeruginosa and E. coli can also be studied. The facility performs labeling and hybridizations and provides assistance with experimental design and initial data analysis.
