About Dr. Hershberger

Daniel Hershberger, MD, is a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician. He has been at UNMC since 2016 and received his AAMCC Certificate in Coaching in 2022. He has experience with all levels of medical education and has a passion for teaching. He believes coaching is about maximizing an individual's potential in their self-identified growth categories. Daniel's approach includes listening with genuine curiosity and an openness to additional perspectives. UNMC is his home and he wants it to be a place where everyone can thrive and be their best.
