Below is a list of self-assessments commonly used in coaching. These assessment tools and many others, are designed to help you boost awareness, creativity and efficiency as you plan your career.

Skillscope 360 Leadership Skills Assessment |
Designed to provide practical feedback on job-related skills necessary for leadership. The client will select 10-15 respondents to gather perspectives over the course of 2-3 weeks. After completion, the client will have access to the CCL Compass portal for self-guidance. Each faculty member will be partnered with a trained coach for a one-on-one 360 debrief and strategy session with your results. |
CliftonStrengths Assessment (Top 5) |
Designed to help individuals discover what they naturally do best and leverage their greatest talents. This is a 30-minute self-assessment. After completion, the client will receive a comprehensive report of their top 5 CliftonStrengths via email and can utilize the book/portal for self-guidance. Additionally, the client can receive a 1:1 debrief by a certified coach. |
StandOut 2.0 Assessment |
Designed to enable individuals to identify their strengths and act on them. This can be viewed as an extension of the CliftonStrengths Assessment. This is a 15-minute self-assessment. After completion, the client will receive a robust report via email and can utilize the book/portal for self-guidance. |
Influence Style Indicator |
Designed to help individuals understand their preferred style as they influence others and ways to flex their style to address a variety of situations. This is a 15-minute self-assessment. After completion, the client will receive a comprehensive report via email and can utilize the portal for self-guidance. Additionally, the client can receive a 1:1 debrief by a certified coach. |
MBTI Personality Inventory |
Designed to help individuals discover their personality type and preferences as it relates to four dichotomies. |
Working Genius Assessment |
Designed to help individuals to discover their natural gifts and thrive at work. It is a simple and practical productivity tool for putting natural talents to use at work. This is a 15-minute self-assessment. After completion, the client will receive a custom report via email and can utilize the application section for self-guidance. Additionally, the client can receive a 1:1 debrief by a certified coach. |
LEQ: Leader Efficacy Questionnaire |
Designed to capture the individual’s self-efficacy, the confidence individuals have in their own capabilities to lead, as well as their beliefs in the extent that others will support their leadership. This is a 15-minutes self-questionnaire. Clients can take the questionnaire at one stage of their career and then again later to compare their results. |
EQ-i 2.0 Inventory |
Designed to measure an individual’s emotional intelligence and gain a deeper understanding how this may affect their workplace performance. This is a 30-minute self-assessment. After completion, the client will receive a comprehensive report via email and can utilize the portal for self-guidance. Additionally, the client can receive a 1:1 debrief by a certified coach. |
