Lauren O'Neill
Dr. Lauren O’Neill is a board-certified oculofacial surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery involving the delicate areas of the eyes and face. She is an expert in managing conditions involving the eyelids, eyebrows, forehead, lacrimal system (tear duct), and orbit (eye socket). Her most commonly performed surgeries include blepharoplasty, brow lift, correcting droopy eyelids (ptosis), repair of eyelid malposition (ectropion/entropion), tear duct surgery, removal of orbit and eyelid cancers, and reconstruction after Mohs surgery. She also offers non-surgical aesthetic procedures, such as neurotoxin injections (Botox).

Dr. O’Neill’s primary focus is to exceed her patients’ needs and help them look and feel their best by delivering natural results. She is a strong believer in creating doctor patient relationships built on trust, open and honest communication, and mutual respect. Dr. O’Neill is committed to constantly learning about the latest advances in her field to ensure she is offering the best treatment to her patients.

Dr. O’Neill grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended college at Creighton University and graduated Summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. Dr. O’Neill received the Regents scholarship to attend medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Following medical school, she completed her internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado. She returned to the University of Nebraska Medical Center to complete her ophthalmology residency. Following residency, Dr. O’Neill was selected for a highly competitive and prestigious 2-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. This rigorous training is what makes Dr. O’Neill a true eyelid and orbit expert.

During free time, Dr. O’Neill enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, cheering for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and watching documentaries.
