Aaron Barksdale, MD

Aaron Barksdale, MD, is a professor of emergency medicine and serves as the department's vice chair of research. He has been the site principal investigator in numerous clinic trials, as well as overseeing resident research and collaborating with other UNMC faculty in investigator initiated research.

Prior to coming to UNMC, he was faculty at Truman Medical Center/University of Missouri Kansas City, where in addition to his research interests, serve as the associate operations director.

Residency: University of Missouri and Truman Medical Center, Emergency Medicine.
