Bioinformatics of Gene Expression Repositories

The Bioinformatics of Gene Expression Repositories module introduces students to the TCGA database and provides an interactive pipeline tutorial for the analysis. Students will learn how to analyze online gene expression databases, gaining a skillset that will broaden and enhance their research activities.
