Approaching Functional Cognition, part 2: Case Application translates theory into practice. After a knowledge check to refresh the foundational concepts of the four approaches to address functional cognition, learners interact with animated case examples to understand how each is applied to practice. Learners will be more confident identifying levels of cognitive awareness, selecting a theoretical approach, and using the approach to guide intervention for functional cognitive deficits.
