Adam Sutton, MD, MBA

Adam Sutton, MD, MBA is UNMC and Nebraska Medicine director of Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Sutton attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He obtained his master’s degree in business administration with a healthcare focus from Emory Goizueta Business School.

For medical school, he returned home to UNMC, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his dermatology training at the University of Southern California, where he served as chief resident. His Mohs surgery and procedural dermatology fellowship were completed at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. He trained under Dr. Hugh Greenway in Mohs surgery, Dr. Leland Housman in veins, and Dr. Victor Ross in laser and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Sutton specializes in Mohs surgery and reconstruction and cares for patients with skin cancer. He is also trained in venolymphatic medicine and manages vein disease, such as varicose veins, with medical and surgical treatment modalities.
