Refund Policy

At the Continuing interProfessional Development and Innovation department of the UNMC College of Nursing, we are committed to providing high-quality educational activities and services. We understand that plans can change, so we offer the following refund policy for all activities:

Cancellations and Refunds


Refunds are available for any activity if a written cancellation request is received before the specified deadline for that activity. All refunds will incur a $25 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that no refunds will be granted for cancellations received after the specified deadline. To request a refund, please submit your cancellation in writing via email or postal mail to our office before the deadline.

Insufficient Funds


A $35 processing fee will be assessed for any payment that is returned or declined due to insufficient funds. This fee is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with processing these transactions.
