Registration

How do I register for a activity?
Once you’ve identified the activity you’d like to participate in, click on the Register/Login button. Follow the steps to complete your registration.
What information will I need to give when I register?

We will ask for the following during registration:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone
  • Credentials,
  • License and State
  • Employer name, state, city, and ZIP Code
  • Billing address
  • Payment method (Pay Now with credit card or electronic check or Pay Later with a check)
How do I pay for the activity?

We accept credit cards and electronic checks through our secure payment system. Cards that we accept are: American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club International, MasterCard, and Visa. If you would like to pay later, a check will need to be mailed. Checks should be made out to UNMC CON CiPDI and mailed to the following address:

I would like to register for an activity and pay with a credit card. Which cards do you accept?

How do I register for an activity using my department’s cost center number?
UNMC and Nebraska Medicine residents and employees may register using a Cost Center Number. Have your department administrator contact Nate Beacom, 402-559-1994, Email

My organization needs a W-9 form in order to process the invoice. How can I get that?

I purchased a registration for activity, but now I want a refund. What do I do?
Please refer to your registration confirmation email for the activity cancellation and refund instructions. Please note, that cancellation and refund policies vary by activity. If you misplaced your registration confirmation, please refer to the activity brochure or web page for appropriate contact information.

Login/Password

How do I login for activity?
Once you’ve identified the activity you’d like to participate in, click on the Register/Login button. Follow the steps to login.
I have registered and when I try to log in, I receive a message "There is no account associated with this email address. Please enter the correct email address." I've entered the correct email address so what do I do?
Please ensure that you are using the correct email address and logging in through the correct link. You can always revisit your email to verify your login credentials. If you continue to encounter issues after following these steps, please contact us for further assistance.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the link Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the email in your Inbox right away. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us.

 

Certificate/Transcript

How do I get a copy of my certificate or transcript?
To obtain your certificate, please visit the activity URL and log in using the registered email address. You should then be able to download the certificate for the activity. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us. Please have the activity title, activity number, and the date the activity occurred ready before contacting us. If you reach out to us please provide us at least 24-36 hours to get back to you with a reply.
How long my certificate will be available?
Certificates are available for only one year from the activity date. It is your responsibility to save a copy of the certificate upon completing any activity.

Hardware / Software Requirements

What programs do I need to have installed on my computer?

For the best experience in any activity you will need:

  • High speed internet connection
  • 2 gigabytes of RAM
  • Any one of the following Internet Browsers:
    • Firefox (most current version)
    • Safari (most current version)
    • Google Chrome (most current version)
    • MS Internet Explorer (most current version)
    • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in all browsers
  • Make sure your computer has the following programs installed: Adobe PDF Viewer, Microsoft Word 2003 or later, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 2003 or later
 
Why do I have to have Word, Excel and PowerPoint installed on my computer?
You will need these programs to open some documents (if available) in the activity.

Emails Notifications

I am not receiving emails from our office regarding upcoming activities. How can I get on the list?

If you are not receiving emails, please check your junk or spam folder and add us to your “safe sender” list. If you still have issues, please contact our office at 402-559-7487 to be added to our email distribution list. You may also email. If you would like a brochure for a specific activity, please include the name and date of the activity for which you are interested.

 
I do not want to receive emails from our office.
If you no longer wish to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email sent. Alternatively, contact our office at 402-559-7487 to be added to our email distribution list. You may also email.

Out-of-Town Participants

I am from out-of-town. How do I get to campus and where do I park?

Print a map of the UNMC campus or view an interactive MapQuest map with street details. Parking information is normally included in your confirmation letter. If not, complimentary parking is available in the UNMC Patient/Visitor parking structure on 45th and Emile. If unsure, please call 402-559-7487.

 
Where should I stay when I am visiting Omaha?
There are a number of hotels near the UNMC Omaha campus. Please see Visit Omaha or the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce to find more.
