Our Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, the University of Nebraska Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the health care team.

The governing bodies of the ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC have surveyed and awarded UNMC joint accreditation through November 2024 as a provider of continuing education for the health care team.

The three accrediting bodies commended UNMC for our vision and leadership in lifelong learning and for our achievement of accreditation, which helps to ensure high-quality interprofessional continuing health care education.
