With the mission to promote small and large animal cardiovascular physiology research, the Animal Cardiovascular Physiology Core will provide equipment and expertise to conduct a range of animal cardiovascular physiology experiments.
Including but not limited to myocardial infarction surgery, electrocardiography, osmotic mini pump placement, telemetry implant, MI/Reperfusion experiments, trans aortic constriction, drug application to epicardium, and pressure-conductance catheterization.
Key Features
- We provide equipment and expertise to conduct a range of animal cardiovascular physiology experiments.
- Do you need personnel with expertise in performing animal cardiovascular physiology measurements? We can help!
- Need assistance preparing a grant application? We can help design experiments, estimate costs, and provide text for experimental sections.
Examples of Services
- Myocardial infarction surgery
- Electrocardiography
- Osmotic mini pump placement
- Telemetry implant
- MI/Reperfusion experiments
