Current Research Summary:
My research interests are in examining community and setting social systems and their influences on population physical activity in children, particularly in the context of early childhood youth sport systems, for chronic disease prevention. I am interested in the measurement of community social system factors and social determinants of health and examining how community systems create the conditions in which children are physically active in order to inform population health improvement efforts.
