Current Research Summary:
Primary interest is the use of blood flow restriction exercise to restore muscle strength, muscle mass, and improve functional outcomes in individuals with neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Secondary interest include studying factors related to sports specialization in youth, and evaluation and management of bone stress injuries.
