Start the new year off with the intention of improving your health and wellness! Pick up your 2025 Kickstart Challenge game card at the front desk of the Center for Healthy Living.

Attend eight total CFHL group exercise classes between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28.
For each class you attend, have the instructor initial your game card.
Turn in your card to enter the prize raffle:
- One $50 bookstore gift certificate winner
