2025 Healthy Habit Challenge
Join the 6-week Healthy Habit Challenge and build a new wellness habit in 2025! The challenge begins Feb. 10, and it is free to the UNMC and Nebraska Medicine community. Follow these steps to participate.
- Sign up online by Feb. 9 at midnight. The sign up form asks for the habit you would like to improve, your name, and an email address. Your entry information will be kept private, and your email address will be used by CFHL staff to communicate throughout the challenge.
- Each week, you will complete an accountability check to support successful habit building. When you submit your accountability check, you'll be entered into a prize raffle.

Week 1 (Feb 10-16)
Accountability check: Submit a picture of your written goal. -
Week 2 (Feb 17-23)
Accountability check: Submit one task that will help you reach your goal. -
Week 3 (Feb 24-Mar 2)
Accountability check: Submit one obstacle you might encounter while working toward your goal and how you plan to overcome it. -
Week 4 (Mar 3-9)
Accountability check: Submit one habit stack you plan to use to help you reach your goal. -
Week 5 (Mar 10-16)
Accountability check: Submit one small change you’ve made to help you reach your goal. -
Week 6 (Mar 17-23)
Accountability check: Submit a picture of something that helps you stay positive as you work toward your goal.
