Terms of Use
While there is currently no charge to check out equipment for campus organization-sponsored events, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper care, transport, and use of the equipment until you return it to the front desk of the Center for Healthy Living. Instead of a deposit, please share your department/organization’s cost center number. This would be the account we would bill if equipment is returned damaged. Damage includes anything beyond normal wear and tear that is expected with regular use is. If equipment is discovered to be damaged, you will be contacted and given an opportunity to appeal the claim (e.g. if the equipment was damaged when you first picked it up).
