pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference - Abstracts

On-site Registration

Online registration for the 2018 Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference is now CLOSED.
If you would like to attend this conference, but have not yet registered, please print, complete, and bring this REGISTRATION FORM with you to facilitate your registration on-site.

We will be accepting on-site registration on Sunday, July 15 from 2-4 pm and then on Monday, July 16 from 7 am - 12 noon and 2-4 pm. We are only able to accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) as forms of payment.

Accompanying Guest Fee

The fee for each accompanying guest over the age of 12 is $225. There is no charge for children under the age of 12. Accompanying guests may join conference registrants for the following food functions:

Name tags will be issued and required by all at these conference food functions.

Full payment must accompany each conference registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing either by mail, email or fax to the UNMC Center for Continuing Education. Cancellations made on or before May 15, 2018 will be charged a $350 processing fee. No refund will be given after this date.
