Conference Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be better able to:
- Apply effective and accurate stimulability testing for voice disorders.
- Recognize physical, acoustic, and emotional indications for multi-disciplinary care for patients with voice disorders.
- Increase clinical competency in the implementation of at least x2 voice treatment tasks.
- Compile a list of recommended literature and additional continuing education courses for the development of the clinical skillset for voice disorders.
Target Audience
This accredited continuing education activity is designed for speech-language pathologists.
In support of improving patient care, University of Nebraska Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
