Comprehensive Parkinson’s Disease Care (Attendee Information)
Welcome! Thank you for joining us.
This course will provide a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to the management of Parkinson’s Disease. Topics will include the pathophysiology of the disease, early and late treatment options, the impact of nutrition and diet, motor and non-motor symptoms and complications, the role of therapies in the early and late stages of PD, and innovative outlooks on therapy and prevention. The activity is designed to enhance the training of PD care providers and was prepared and curated by Movement Disorder’s Fellowship-trained neurologists at UNMC/Nebraska Medicine.

- Get directions to the UNMC Dr. Stanley M. and Dorothy Truhlsen Campus Events Center (located on the first floor of the Michael F. Sorrell Center for Health Science Education, 619 S 42nd Street, Omaha, NE 68198).
- Parking
- Complimentary parking is available for campus visitors in Lot 63 (off of 40th and Marcy Streets).
- If you are an employee/student of UNMC/Nebraska Medicine, please park in your regularly assigned parking area.
- UNMC CCE is not liable for any parking ticket that a participant may incur while attending this course.
