Session Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, the participant should be better able to:

  1. Describe the unique safety and health hazards of children, youth, and aging populations living and working on farms.
  2. Critique the effects of farm activities on noise-induced hearing loss.
  3. Evaluate general safety and health hazards found on the farm.
  4. Differentiate cancer risks and their possible causes in the farm population from the general population.

Requirements for Successful Completion

In order to receive continuing education credits, you must:

  1. Review the online module in their entirety.
  2. Take the online post-test – open-book, with 70% accuracy.
    The link to the post-test will be sent via email.
  3. Complete the course evaluation.
    Instructions on how to complete the evaluation form and obtain your continuing education credit certificate will be provided after you submit your online post-test.
