17th Annual Midwest Thoracic and GI Oncology Conference: Pushing the Envelope in Cancer Care

This conference will explore treatment options available for the management of thoracic and GI cancers. We will discuss the various surgical, radiation, and less commonly utilized local treatment options available for treating these tumors. We will also focus on current recommendations surrounding the use of chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy in this patient population. We will examine primary treatment plans as well as adjuvant, neoadjuvant, and maintenance therapies. Finally, we will cover the many other issues that impact patients diagnosed with these lethal cancers including lifestyle modifications, tobacco cessation, nutrition, and survivorship.
