Module Description

Enteric diseases in the tropics substantially contribute to severe illness and death, particularly among children less than 5 years old. And, travelers and at-risk populations alike suffer near and longer-term consequences from it. In this module, we explore the nature and impact of enteric diseases in the tropics both for those who reside there and those who visit. Epidemiology, case management, and approaches to enteric risks are discussed.

Method of Participation
