Bioinformatics and Biomedical Informatics Degree Programs
Undergraduate and Graduate programs at UNO and UNMC to train the future workforce in biomedical informatics.
Bioinformatics Computing Lab at UNO
Provides bioinformatics expertise for research projects at UNO and actively engages undergraduate and graduate students.
Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Core at UNMC
Offers a broad variety of multiomics data analysis services to research projects, downstream characterization of genes and gene products, custom tool development, and pre-proposal and post-award support.
Clinical Informatics Research at UNMC
Develop tools for accessing identified (with IRB) and deidentified clinical data and integrating and curating data from heterogeneous sources for clinical research use.
College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) at UNO
CAS offers strong research and training environment in Bioinformatics to pursue a wide variety of positions in the biomedical and biotechnology industries, and graduate studies in bioinformatics or related areas.
